Restore Living Cafe @ Tanjong Pagar

-CONTINUE FROM MY PREVIOUS POST-

So, after my dance training, hengjie and i head down to tanjong pagar for ReStore Living Cafe. 

Tanjong Pagar road is full of restaurants, mostly Korean BBQ restaurants.

I have to walk past one by one to look for number 124.

Hengjie is like 'EH EH HERE' 

Then we find ourselves standing in front of this vintage
furniture store as well as a cafe serving nice quality food.

  Idiotic hengjie HAHAHA

There is only a few people when we entered the cafe.
I guess that's because the time is 6.pm++ when we reached there and their closing time is 7pm.
We are impressed by all the decorations in the cafe - The chairs hanging on the wall, The table where the cups and goods are displayed on, as well as the novels that are on sale.
You just feel like you have travelled back to the 90's

I'm actually craving for omelette but since they dont have it, i ordered

Pure Canadian Waffles and Iced Cocoa

Pure Canadian Waffles is $8.80 and with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is $10.80. I can tell you it's very very worth the money despite the small portion. It's the best waffles i ever had , and the vanilla ice cream is 'sticky' i will say, not too sweet and i cant stop eating it.

The Iced Cocoa surprised me a little bit when it is served with a small cookie, Earl Grey or sugar cookie i guess.

The drink taste chocolatey enough and the cookie is yummy too!

If you are tired from a long day of work,  looking for some place to read a good book,or just craving for a cuppa of warm coffee and nice food, come here. It has quiet and cozy ambience for you to relax. 

They also have attentive and efficient service. There is always smile hanging on their face. SO FRIENDLYYY
